I will also guide you in managing your stress—an incredibly common stumbling block—and we’ll create rules to keep you moving toward your goals.

The primary focus of your personalized plan will be nutrition. We’ll choose a plan that works for you. For me, protein-rich shakes and snacks combined with a nutrition-packed lunch or dinner (with dessert!) every day provided the easy, uncomplicated method that worked for me. Let’s discover what works for you, together.
Our approach to being active focuses on Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis, or NEAT. If you hate to exercise or have difficulty working out due to a bad knee, etc., you are going to love NEAT. The idea is that your daily activities—such as shopping, walking, cleaning and doing laundry—burn calories. We can leverage your NEAT to lose weight and gradually increase your activity.
Everyone experiences some stress, but it can steer you away from your goals and hurt your heart and mind. I know because I was an emotional eater. To stay the course, we’ll manage your stress level so you can make clear, positive choices to enhance your health. Being healthier will relieve your worries, too!
